About AETiC

As an Open Access journal, AETiC is dedicated to disseminating high-quality research to a global audience. Our mission is to provide a platform for the publication of innovative and impactful research that advances the fields of computing, software engineering, information technology and communications engineering. Past issues of AETiC are accessible in our Archives section, providing a valuable resource for researchers and practitioners. We strive to support the academic community by offering a transparent and efficient publication process, adhering to the highest standards of scholarly publishing.

AETiC welcomes submissions of original research articles, comprehensive review papers and insightful survey papers that contribute significantly to the existing body of knowledge. We seek to publish work that introduces new concepts, methodologies and applications in the field of relevant emerging technologies, such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Sensor Networks, Cloud Computing and Distributed Systems, Cybersecurity and Information Security, Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies, Data Science and Big Data Analytics, Quantum Computing and Communications, Advances in wireless and wired communication systems, 5G/6G networks and satellite communications, networking protocols, telecommunication technologies, etc.

While AETiC encourages submissions that present fundamental research in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), particularly those focused on the development of core models and novel methodologies, articles that solely report on the application of existing AI or ML techniques without significant theoretical or methodological contributions are not within the journal's scope.
